The powerful get bailed out no matter what the regulatory record says. The investment banks didn’t legally have access to the Fed’s discount window until it was granted against staff recommendations.
I am with you on this. We need documents and evidence to prove this and pursue justice. Please share any documentation of this. I also hate JPMorgan Chase as they ripped me off years ago and I will not do business with them. Put Bank of America in the same class.
I wish I still had the evidence but I’ve been retired for a decade now. However, I don’t recommend that anyone do business with any of the TBTF gang bc I believe the designation gives them free rein to take on more risk bc they know they’ll be bailed out. The rank and file were against this move but we were not in the driving seat on that one. BofA is definitely one to avoid. They no longer want to do consumer banking bc we’re too much work. I watched them abuse my 90 year old mother and that was my line in the sand. Unfortunately JPMC is another TBTF and perhaps the worst offender. The only consumer business they want is their credit card portfolio. And I’m about to cancel the one card I have from them. I was a political activist from 2007 to 2009. We probably all remember the crash of 2008 and how Obama met with banking CEOs, including Dimon. Obama told them that the only thing standing between them and an angry mob with a pitchfork was him and then he bailed them out (I don’t believe he had a choice.). A couple of months later, Obama came to lower Manhattan. a few short blocks from Wall Street and Dimpn’s office and Dimon didn’t even show! What a jerk!
Historically, Wall Street political contributions went to the Democrats. Later the banks and law firms started contributing to both parties as Epstein did. IDK what they do now; I did work as a lawyer on Wall Street and noticed a few odd things. Then I had clients selling securities without a broker’s license, which is a requirement. I dutifully did my research for exceptions but couldn’t find any that they fit within squarely. I was puzzled that the partner (I was an associate) said he’d come to the meeting because I knew the research much better. Well, I tactfully explained that yes, NASD was serious about that pesky licensing requirement. The clients asked, But in the real world . . . and the partner picked up with, Nobody will ever know.
I quit immediately, wondering how many times I’d been too naive to catch such things. My firm had an impeccable reputation. Apparently undeservedly so.

I think he pointed that out himself when he claimed not to have heard of the name Jeffrey Epstein, prior to 2019. We know Dimon wasn’t a resident in a Monastery and he sure wasn’t living in cloud cuckoo land. But I guess he thinks everyone else is.

The FBI cleared Trump of any involvement in 2009 when, of the many people the FBI sought for questioning in regards to Epstein, Trump was the one and only who did. The information that Trump provided resulted in the arrest of Epstein. Following, every one of Epstein's victims who testified against Epstein, exonerated Trump. And, more recently, G Maxwell also exonerated Trump.

Jeffrey Epstein stated he had sex with Melania first. Melania's backstory has fallen apart with research. She never attended the University she claims. We have never seen evidence of her being fluent in 5 languages. She speaks very broken English still. The only 'modeling' photos ever seen of her were nudes or sort of soft porn lingerie things. I believe she was one of the many Eastern European girls trying to escape communisn and poverty recruited by modeling agencies like Luc Brunel's, who died in prison charged with trafficking, and the girls then were trafficked, many looking for rich men to solve their problems. Parties were thrown at the Kit Kat Club in NYC with these girls in order for them to meet 'rich' men. Melania claims this is where she met Trump. So I can believe that taken in context her relationship with Trump did not begin as an incredible love story anchored by their shared intellectual interests. I also suspect that Melania's intimate knowledge of Trump and Epstein's relationship details has kept her Mrs. Trump much longer than Trump's other wives lasted. Trump seems uncharacteristically willing to give in to Melania's wishes. Refusing to live in DC, only showing up for instances like the inauguration and openly refusing to show affection and going so far as to making faces as if she is disgusted he has even attempted to kiss her. Yep, Trump's history with and contempt of women seems not to be in operation as far as Melania is concerned. What affords her this change in Trump's behavior? Blackmail, anyone?

I don't know about Mary but I will answer that question about how to judge the quality of the new folks at the FBI. Kash Patel, a right-wing t-shirt selling conspiracy theorist installed as #1 and Dan Boggino, Podcaster, conspiracy theorist installed as #2 at the FBI. No law enforcement experience and neither attorneys. I do not know how anyone else looks at qualifications but the two top guys are total busts. Bogg ino is gone already and Kas is being looked at for misusing FBI assets, as in flying him and his girlfriend all over the country in government planes repeatedly for dates and meet ups and using agents to guard his girlfriend all at great expense to me and you. Patel has also proved to have woefully inadequate knowledge of the constitution and a woeful desire to follow what he does know.

I completely agree and don't believe that JPMC will be getting by unscathed as you suggest. Obviously, I am no legal professional and have nothing to do with the legalities of any of this but to answer your question, yes, I absolutely do believe that JPMC is subject to the ramifications as detailed in EO 13818 and I further believe that, like many other indictments, those pertaining JPMC are sealed. Why do I think they are sealed? For several reasons - very critical reasons. One, probably one of the most obvious, the DOJ wouldn't want to publish those indictments prematurely, giving those who are indicted the opportunity to abscond, never to be seen again. Two, it may be a matter of not wanting to rock a large portion of the nation who bank and do business with JPMC. Three, it may be a matter of JPMS's high-profile status. Four, it may just simply be that those indictments have not yet been unsealed/served because there may be a particular time when unsealing occurs following other trials from which testimony and other relevant information will be used in those cases pertaining to JPMC. I wouldn't be the least bit surprised to learn that the tops of banking, media and others equal in status in other industries are all the last to be served give that banks funded so much and media ran cover fir the banks and the many who are complicit. Finally, none of this is going to happen on our schedule or how we think everything should be managed and in what order. We just have to be patient, allow the process to work naturally and trust that those who are charged with overseeing all of this are knowledgeable, skilled, and capable - and I personally, believe that they are.

Yes, they've been disparaging Trump since before his inauguration in January of 2017. This will not stop for the foreseeable future. The powerful get bailed out no matter what the regulatory record says. The investment banks didn’t legally have access to the Fed’s discount window until it was granted against staff recommendations.
I am with you on this. We need documents and evidence to prove this and pursue justice. Please share any documentation of this. I also hate JPMorgan Chase as they ripped me off years ago and I will not do business with them. Put Bank of America in the same class.
I wish I still had the evidence but I’ve been retired for a decade now. However, I don’t recommend that anyone do business with any of the TBTF gang bc I believe the designation gives them free rein to take on more risk bc they know they’ll be bailed out. The rank and file were against this move but we were not in the driving seat on that one. BofA is definitely one to avoid. They no longer want to do consumer banking bc we’re too much work. I watched them abuse my 90 year old mother and that was my line in the sand. Unfortunately JPMC is another TBTF and perhaps the worst offender. The only consumer business they want is their credit card portfolio. And I’m about to cancel the one card I have from them. It would, of course be the Amazon credit card issuer. 🙄 Boycotting them too.

I was a political activist from 2007 to 2009. We probably all remember the crash of 2008 and how Obama met with banking CEOs, including Dimon. Obama told them that the only thing standing between them and an angry mob with a pitchfork was him and then he bailed them out (I don’t believe he had a choice.). A couple of months later, Obama came to lower Manhattan. a few short blocks from Wall Street and Dimpn’s office and Dimon didn’t even show! What a jerk!
Historically, Wall Street political contributions went to the Democrats. Later the banks and law firms started contributing to both parties as Epstein did. IDK what they do now; I did work as a lawyer on Wall Street and noticed a few odd things. Then I had clients selling securities without a broker’s license, which is a requirement. I dutifully did my research for exceptions but couldn’t find any that they fit within squarely. I was puzzled that the partner (I was an associate) said he’d come to the meeting because I knew the research much better. Well, I tactfully explained that yes, NASD was serious about that pesky licensing requirement. The clients asked, But in the real world . . . and the partner picked up with, Nobody will ever know.
I quit immediately, wondering how many times I’d been too naive to catch such things. My firm had an impeccable reputation. Apparently undeservedly so.

I think he pointed that out himself when he claimed not to have heard of the name Jeffrey Epstein, prior to 2019. We know Dimon wasn’t a resident in a Monastery and he sure wasn’t living in cloud cuckoo land. But I guess he thinks everyone else is.

Waiting for someone is the problem. Solution is everyone must together do it repeatedly several thousand times. And years earlier, there was the S&L crisis—& cyears later—the Wells Fargo fake accounts bank scandal, plus a lot of smaller or more hidden individual stories of fraud, scandals, hiding money for criminals & REALLY BAD PEOPLE that had an inordinate amount of corruption & secrecy & REWARD systems for those who could satisfy criminal clients with little attention.
I just remember coming to the realization that both, people in the higher echelons of banking seemed sketchy in a disturbing, white collar, polite & deliberately unassuming way—scary!—AND that these days, anyone who chooses banking as a career choice aiming for the top—is to be scrutinized & considered not trustworthy until proven innocent. The FBI cleared Trump of any involvement in 2009 when, of the many people the FBI sought for questioning in regards to Epstein, Trump was the one and only who did. The information that Trump provided resulted in the arrest of Epstein. Following, every one of Epstein's victims who testified against Epstein, exonerated Trump. And, more recently, G Maxwell also exonerated Trump.

Jeffrey Epstein stated he had sex with Melania first. Melania's backstory has fallen apart with research. She never attended the University she claims. We have never seen evidence of her being fluent in 5 languages. She speaks very broken English still. The only 'modeling' photos ever seen of her were nudes or sort of soft porn lingerie things. I believe she was one of the many Eastern European girls trying to escape communisn and poverty recruited by modeling agencies like Luc Brunel's, who died in prison charged with trafficking, and the girls then were trafficked, many looking for rich men to solve their problems. Parties were thrown at the Kit Kat Club in NYC with these girls in order for them to meet 'rich' men. Melania claims this is where she met Trump. So I can believe that taken in context her relationship with Trump did not begin as an incredible love story anchored by their shared intellectual interests. I also suspect that Melania's intimate knowledge of Trump and Epstein's relationship details has kept her Mrs. Trump much longer than Trump's other wives lasted. Trump seems uncharacteristically willing to give in to Melania's wishes. Refusing to live in DC, only showing up for instances like the inauguration and openly refusing to show affection and going so far as to making faces as if she is disgusted he has even attempted to kiss her. Yep, Trump's history with and contempt of women seems not to be in operation as far as Melania is concerned. What affords her this change in Trump's behavior? Blackmail, anyone?

I don't know about Mary but I will answer that question about how to judge the quality of the new folks at the FBI. Kash Patel, a right-wing t-shirt selling conspiracy theorist installed as #1 and Dan Boggino, Podcaster, conspiracy theorist installed as #2 at the FBI. No law enforcement experience and neither attorneys. I do not know how anyone else looks at qualifications but the two top guys are total busts. Bogg ino is gone already and Kas is being looked at for misusing FBI assets, as in flying him and his girlfriend all over the country in government planes repeatedly for dates and meet ups and using agents to guard his girlfriend all at great expense to me and you. I completely agree and don't believe that JPMC will be getting by unscathed as you suggest. Obviously, I am no legal professional and have nothing to do with the legalities of any of this but to answer your question, yes, I absolutely do believe that JPMC is subject to the ramifications as detailed in EO 13818 and I further believe that, like many other indictments, those pertaining JPMC are sealed. Why do I think they are sealed? For several reasons - very critical reasons. One, probably one of the most obvious, the DOJ wouldn't want to publish those indictments prematurely, giving those who are indicted the opportunity to abscond, never to be seen again. Two, it may be a matter of not wanting to rock a large portion of the nation who bank and do business with JPMC. Three, it may be a matter of JPMS's high-profile status. Four, it may just simply be that those indictments have not yet been unsealed/served because there may be a particular time when unsealing occurs following other trials from which testimony and other relevant information will be used in those cases pertaining to JPMC. I wouldn't be the least bit surprised to learn that the tops of banking, media and others equal in status in other industries are all the last to be served give that banks funded so much and media ran cover fir the banks and the many who are complicit. Finally, none of this is going to happen on our schedule or how we think everything should be managed and in what order. We just have to be patient, allow the process to work naturally and trust that those who are charged with overseeing all of this are knowledgeable, skilled, and capable - and I personally, believe that they are.

I worked with kids, who suffered this type of trauma, so it didn’t go over too well with me. When dealing with powerhouses, it’s complicated how to address it without getting killed, seriously. No, he is the one who availed the world of all of this knowledge. Or, at least paved the way and declassified information that enabled us to become aware of all of this. No one complicit in any of these crimes is going to implicate themselves for all of this.
But, taking a different angle, just for shits & grins, let's say that Trump is somehow involved (which he absolutely is not as he has already been exonerated by the most important of all people who could exonerate him) - there could really only be one reason to throw himself, his life, his family, and his good nane down the shitter for all of this and that would be to end all of these crimes once and for all and see that mo obe else was ever subjected to such crines. There would certainly be much to be said about that. Perhaps a final act of nobility. Of course, ether way, what he's doing is indeed an act of complete nobility. He's just not complicit in these crines. That's just a fact!
If he’s allegedly not complicit, why have hundreds of FBI agents stop their day jobs and redact thousands of pages of incriminating documents (which weren’t actually redacted because they didn’t know what they were doing). But I digress. If he’s not complicit, why would he draw an outline of a woman with his signature as her (redacted)? If he’s not complicit, why would he say if Ivanka weren’t his daughter, he’d be dating her?!? That she’s “a piece of ass?” If he’s not complicit, why didn’t he tell Mike Johnson, “Don’t send Republicans home. You’ll be creating the longest government shutdown in history.” I could go on. The rape convictions. The Access Hollywood tapes… the Sascha Riley testimonies… Trump is completely shattered in every way a human can be. Normal people don’t think, say, or do such horrible things.

Th red reason why DTrump doesn’t want the Epstein files to come out is that many of his donors and cronies will also be implicated.
