Andreessen is one of the largest investors in Substack, which (for now) is one of our last remaining bastions of free speech. Andreessen is a Trump advisor and was instrumental in selecting the staff of DOGE.
It is logical to assume that all our data on Substack is being collected, and the clock is Tik Tok'n on our favourite platform.

And no physical address. Ive also tried like hell with no success to get memberships I paid for @ The Bulwark $100!! and Robert Reich $40!! I’ve searched and searched. The only address is the one Substack “provides” for authors to use so their real names or addresses don’t get bogged down with too much fan mail.
I mailed a snail mail letter to that address because I’ve tried for over 6 months to have my memberships recognized. I’ve sent endless emails to both BW and RR, including posts in the comment sections here and on YouTube when I didn’t get anywhere here on SS. I can’t get past security.
A few months ago Substack emailed me back and explained the memberships are up to the authors so even tho I made the payment to SS this was my problem to deal with.
About 2 weeks ago I reached out to SS with a 6 page handwritten letter since I don’t have a printer, and pleaded with them to reimburse me the money I paid them as I’ve done my due diligence and have tried painstakely, every avenue, for 6 months, to reach these authors no avail. I no longer want a membership and started begging for a reimbursement while I do my own private boycott of Robert Reich and the Bulwark. I finally outed them on a live at The Left Hook and a post to Hawks Patreon when the topic was Bulwark. Left Hook was on the receiving end of some racist and snide swipes by Bulwarks - Tim - during a LIVE “round table” on Mainstream Media CBS or NBC which included 6 or so news folks and ended with a white pile up on Waj, creator of The Left Hook. Hawk, resident bad boy attorney and long time critic of right wing is having a love affair with Bulwark these days. He started bragging them up prior to the petty swipes at Waj. Around the same time I had decided my only hope was a snail mail to Substack, Hawk was propping up Bulwark in a video. I asked him publicly to help me out with a kind word if he didn’t mind and had friends over on BW. I’ve pretty much ended my fandom with Hawk which was never super solid any way. He never answers posts to any of his media sites so I wasn’t really expecting help but I’m really glad I told him that his crush owes me $100 and apparently they have so much money they don’t need to acknowledge cash paid to them.
What that’s really called is FRAUD. That is “accepting money for a service that the fraud was never intending on delivering.”
Ellison and son are not loved in the tech world. Ellison has been gaudy and extravagant. Who knows. Maybe he’s been to Epstein Island. Wouldn’t be surprised if that was the case. Oh what a world.
The tricky part is that 'tyranny' and 'liberty' are themselves contested terms. One person's sensible regulation is another's government overreach. What happened instead was the tech bro behind TCL and the non profit guy behind Free Press uncovered the scam to get in on the www money and discovered an address for Elon out in the middle of the ocean on an island somewhere - omg …. Now I know that wasn’t just a figure of speech it must have been Epstein s island! Geeeez.

Effective civil disobedience and successful activism require some degree of inconvenience and sacrifice. Strikes and Blackout are the most effective way to initiate change but they come with hardship and sacrifice. People could lose jobs and businesses may close.
But historically we have sacrificed far more. At this point, no one is asking people to walk miles to work every day for a year, endure personal violence or sacrifice their own lives like they did during the first Civil Rights Movement.

If not what will you have to live without?

I think that eventually, sooner rather than later, these established news corporations like CBS will become less sought after to the general public. That’s what the Free Press in the News is about! That was like a punch in my stomach. It’s ok though, I’m recovering pretty quickly. But damn. Wow. I’m trying to empathize but I’m just not finding it. Non profits and not for profit in the news world is tough. I’ve donated to them before. A long time ago, before. 7 or 8 years years ago, before. I thought they were cool, they sent me a hand written thank you letter and a fridge magnet, I think. It’s buried in my storage somewhere. I remember how impressed I was with that hand written note.
Later I remember finding out in a round about way that them and TCL were key investigators into where the money was that was supposed to be the beginnings of Free Internet provided by our government. It was delayed about a year because the Elon Musks of the world, and it named Elon Musk as one of the fake non profits who agreed to provide the new free government www to residents in the US. What happened instead was the tech bro behind TCL and the non profit guy behind Free Press uncovered the scam to get in on the www money and discovered an address for Elon out in the middle of the ocean on an island somewhere - omg …. Now I know that wasn’t just a figure of speech it must have been Epstein s island! Geeeez.

The organizers planning these Anti-tRump / Fight the Oligarchs Resistance get much needed attention for their events.
We are not oligarchs with unlimited marketing funds. I found a way to support the news writers and broadcasters and the resistance organizers at the same time by listening to these broadcasts while I do, what I encourage all my readers to do - support each other by using our voices to spread the word about ways to support these movements.
No one makes anyone read my comments or anyone else's. Only people truly trying to find ways to end the administration from hell actually read them. I give them options!

The oligarchs already get rich hogging the money you earn but now they have found ways to get wealthier by ending our basic human services.

Combine privatization of these services with our lost Medicare, Medicaid, & other Health Care Services millions of Americans will get sick or die! Eliminating the old, weak, sick and poor through needless suffering until death without services that our tax money should be paying for means more money for the greedy rich. Privatizing health insurance, prescription drugs and medical care only for those who can afford it means less Americans and more money for the billionaires.

Hell on Earth and How to Stop It
I blame Führer tRump for all hell on earth. My hate for him and his administration from hell grows every second. I can't believe that there is no one in this country who has the power and the balls to slap a pair of handcuffs on this true homegrown, treasonous criminal terror! I don't understand why our current and former Governors, Generals, Judges, Physicians (capable of diagnosing his mental disorders) and our former Presidents along with the support of the people form a coalition and demand his arrest! Next week Generals meeting would be the perfect time. I hope that the only way to end his majesty's reign DOESN'T include another country dropping bombs on us, like we did to end the Dick Traitor in Germany!
Führer MacDonOld tRump has launched the initial stages of genocide in the USA. I'm fuckin’ mad as hell and doing my best to make sure you are all mad too! This is real folks, this is how the Holocaust began. The tRump is the number one threat to America and the world. He has destroyed our democracy, economy and he's stripping us of our civil rights including our right to protest, speak freely and for fair elections.
El Führer is deporting, detaining and disappearing law-abiding immigrants, migrant and essential workers. His evil henchmen are kidnapping innocent citizens including mothers, children, even babies. The Denomic Destructor of Democracy has declared war on Americans, unnecessarily sending his ICE goons and military into peaceful communities where our children play. These invasions cause fearful tourists and families to stay home. Therefore, weakening the local economy, workers lose jobs, local businesses close and entire communities are at risk of total collapse. It looks like the criminals the imbecile is keeping us safe from are the people that speak against his royal high-n-ass. He also plans to waste our tax money on wars that he is instagating, ICE and building concentration like camps to detain innocent brown people, people born in other countries and people who disagree with him. All the while he is protecting child sex traffickers, unleashing savage homegrown white criminals and pardoning con artists who swindle millions from the poor. Do you feel safer now?
El Führer tRump is supporting and promoting hate and destruction in Gaza, Ukraine, everywhere - even in our own damn country! He says we can't afford to send humanitarian aid to people in need but has plenty of money to give to his billionaire friends. He intentionally had food burned that was meant for children in Gaza. He's is spending our tax payer money on wars against democracy and supporting those who are openly committing crimes against humanity, like the genocide in Palestine.
The Limp Dick Traitor and his regime of evil Republicans passed his Big Brutal Bill which is eliminating the Affordable Care Act, Medicaid, Medicare, Science and Medical Research for vaccines, cancer, Alzheimer's and much more. He wants to privatize insurance so his billionaire buddies wouldn't have to provide insurance benefits to their workers anymore and the oligarchs could get richer by selling us privatized insurance instead. Economists are predicting that this could double the cost of health insurance. Essentially, ending medical services for every one except the very rich. The brutal bill will make it especially hard for women to get get the health care they choose and make it nearly impossible for the elderly to afford nursing care. Can you provide full-time home health care for your ailing parents?
The all powerful wizard of the Oval Office has discredited or silenced our news outlets. He is threatening to control our entertainment & streaming services by choosing what movies, TV shows and music we are allowed to watch and listen to. Do you want to pay for streaming services that only provide fake news and show the tRump recommends?
Poorly educated, Chancellor tRump is threatening our universities, erasing or rewriting history, choosing what subjects can and cannot be taught to students and banning our books. He wants to privatize schools too, which means there won't be free public education anymore. Millions of kids won't get any education because their families won't be able to afford it! Can you afford private school tuition for both your elementary and college kids?
Führer tRump is intentionally tanking our economy and the world's, while we tax-payers spend multi-millions for his weekly golf vacations and private entertainment. It seems to me that the leader of the MAGAts is intentionally trying to obliterate the entire lower class while trying to bring down the middle class. He has no need for the poor especially those who cannot work anymore. Is this the Demonic Dick Traitor's cruel version of extermination? Deprive the poor of food, housing, medical care until they die of neglect. Bringing the middle class down by privatizing education, child and elder care and medical insurance. He has no plan to increase wages. Most of us cannot afford all these extra expenses. None of us should be forced to eliminate any of these human essentials.
WHAT CAN WE DO?
We the American shoppers are the ones with the most power to end this evil nightmare and We Can Do It! All these greedy tyrants care about is money. Hit them in their bank accounts like we did to Tesla, Target and now Disney! We control the economy not the government and not the billionaire oligarchs. The fastest and most effective way to bring down the administration from hell is to BOYCOTT AND STOP SHOPPING. Save your money for housing, utilities, groceries and medical care and life sustaining essential only. Absolutely, no unnecessary spending until we restore our democracy and secure our civil rights. When necessary and if possible, shop small local businesses for food and essentials only.
Fuck the Republicans and the Democrats they all betrayed us. Support Progressives and remove the oligarchs from our government! If you want to earn more money and have access to affordable housing, education, medical, child and elder care - Senator Sanders has a plan that benefits every American and millions of others across the globe. Really listen to his ideals. Then abandon your political party and stand beside Bernie and his Progressives allies, our hope for the future!

CIVIL DISOBEDIENCE
Effective civil disobedience and successful activism require some degree of inconvenience and sacrifice. Strikes and Blackout are the most effective way to initiate change but they come with hardship and sacrifice. People could lose jobs and businesses may close.
But historically we have sacrificed far more. At this point, no one is asking people to walk miles to work every day for a year, endure personal violence or sacrifice their own lives like they did during the first Civil Rights Movement.
Our resistance efforts now are minor in comparison. The longer we wait to resist the more intense our sacrifices become. Above all resistance only works if we stand together. Mature adults are the ones building and leading this New Civil Rights Movement, the ones with knowledge of our history, the ones that fought for equality and remember what it was like before the movement. It seems like young Americans will need to directly feel the pain of the tRump's destructive cuts and illegal executive orders. This tRump nightmare could have been over already if we had united when he first revealed his authoritarian plans. Instead most Americans are sitting back watching our democracy collapse around us. So many more are clueless about the immense evil the tRump has unleashed in our country.
Unfortunately, people in this country don't want to be temporarily inconvenienced in any way and they definitely don't want to make the simplest of sacrifices like stop unnecessary shopping, avoiding traveling, limiting their entertainment!
Right now we have no where near the numbers of people consistently resisting that we need to save our democracy. The tRump is winning the war against our democracy and has begun the initial stages of genocide in America.
We have to decide if it is better to sacrifice some jobs or a few small businesses or do we allow the tRump to privatizing public education, health care and insurance, making it available to only the wealthy. On top of your mortgage, transportation, utilities, cell phone services and everyday essentials can you afford to pay private school tuition for twelve years and then college, medical expenses without insurance, nursing homes for your parents or grandparents? The tRump wants to privatize health insurance too. Say good-by to insurance benefits from work. Insurance is expected to double in price for everyone. Can you afford all of that? If not what will you have to live without?
The tRump has no plan to increase your wages. Do we continue to let the tRump regime, steal our Medical services, medications, food services for our veterans, disabled, children and the elderly. If we don’t resist more people will loose their jobs, homes, medical care, freedom and many more people will die from neglect while the tRump gives much more of our money to his billionaire oligarch friends?
Do we prefer to fight for our democracy or allow the tRump to continue to strip FEMA funds for communities that mother nature destroys, accurate weather alerts and food safety inspections? He has already ended science and medical research for climate change, cancer, vaccines, Alzheimer's and much more.
Would you prefer to have low wages forever, no civil rights, no truthful media, no right to choose what movies, TV shows or music we watch or listen to?
We need to bring down the true leaders of this country, the greedy billionaire oligarchs that fund the campaign of politicians that support the causes that make them richer. The only thing they care about is money. We need to hit them where it hurts - their bank accounts.
In order to do that and when possible we must stop giving them our money. We need to stop buying their products and using their services. We need to stop spending money unnecessarily. We need to make the oligarchs start paying the same taxes we do and they need to start paying their employees fair wages.
We need to support small businesses instead. Imagine if everyone stopped supporting the oligarchs owned national chain businesses and started shopping locally owned small businesses and restaurants instead. That's how we build our local economy.

I think that eventually, sooner rather than later, these established news corporations like CBS will become less sought after to the general public. Instead of taking in more readers and listeners, their audiences may decline. I don’t think the scheme behind the acquisition of CBS, or any other major network, is an absolute for their larger goal.

The $150M price tag tells you everything about what was actually being purchased here. You dont pay ten times annual revenue for a newsletter, you pay it for political influence packaged as journalism. The timeline is damning with the Trump lawsuit settlement, Colbert cancelation, and Weiss appointment all happening in rapid succession right before the merger got FCC approval. What really gets me is the 10% workforce layoffs happening simultaneously with this acquisition becuase it shows the priorities perfectly: fire the actual journalists, buy the ideological infrastructure. The Weiss appointment as payment for regulatory approval is essentially what we used to call regulatory capture, except now the capture happens through acquisition rather than lobbying.
And now the Dominion voting machine company has been acquired by a former Republican consultant. What could go wrong? The levers of control are advancing.

Our wise Government leaders are telling us that we the people need to be the ones to organize the Anti-tRump Resistance. The protests, the boycotts, the marches, the strikes, the blackouts are all being organized by true heroic everyday citizens! The last protest I attended was planned by a group of Grandmas!
One Million Rising (on YouTube) is a great free resource to train organizers how to build a movement. The organizers can use that free education to build whatever kind of resistance they want.
The rallies are wonderful but not as effective as Strikes and Blackouts. All of these only work if people are willing to commit to making some sacrifices. Unfortunately, most Americans don't seem to give a damn. It's easy to tell which ones are committed to saving our democracy and which aren't by asking how many new seldom wore clothes/shoes are in their closets, how many beauty products are cluttering their bathrooms, how much money are they spending on unnecessary travel, entertainment and socializing (theaters, streaming services, bars, sport events, concerts, eating out). If we aren't willing to make these small temporary sacrifices now, we may soon have nothing left to fight for.
