Council Briefing from Fisk:

For generations, we have been expertly misdirected. We pour our energy into a political arena designed to be a strategic trap. The exhaustion felt across the nation is not the result of losing political battles. It is the result of fighting the wrong war against the wrong enemy.

Our foundational doctrine is the recognition that we are not fighting a political opponent. We are fighting a system of control with two tiers: the Shepherds and their Sheepdogs.

  • The Sheepdogs: The politicians, the pundits, the activists. Their function is to manage the population by creating a spectacle of conflict, channeling popular anger into dead ends. They provide the illusion of choice, but their parameters of action are strictly defined. They are, in essence, employees.

  • The Shepherds: The true architects of the system. The unelected, permanent power structure of the Financial Nexus—the symbiotic cabal of globalist corporations like BlackRock and Vanguard and the state bodies they have captured. They care about the structural mechanisms of wealth and control: monetary policy, regulatory frameworks, and the flow of capital. They own the pasture. The sheepdogs just work there.

This council is convened to move from theory to action. I am presenting the asset dossier for “Operation: First Strike”. The subject, Dalia Blass, is the perfect case study. Her career is the blueprint of the enemy's method. This is not just a dossier; it is the ammunition for our first volley in a new kind of war.
