If I may suggest, also keep all of your content in your owned website/platform. Or store a copy of it in your drive (Google sure and a non-American one for redundancy).

IIRC , The Stamp Act, that affected the elite merchant class in the Colonies...was the nexus of the American Revolution. As most of the colonists were illiterate, the other grievances had to be emphasized. Housing of British troop, etc.
