What is the minimum memory needed to create a decentralized Node connection?

If you mean computationally, it depends on the protocol. But if you mean human nodes—the minimum memory required is just enough shared friction to establish trust. Once two sovereign actors survive a high-friction event together, the gravity locks in, and the network connection is permanent.

Don't know about permanent, but that's an interesting way to describe it.

I mean pragmatically, to decentralize/chaos touch an ai system... what is the ask. Generally 'giving hell' is good, removing ai from rust control sounds like solid plan, at least on the surface. Esp if we can use systems we already have. Stronger together n all.
