What’s not propaganda… is that the Obama administration removed the protections against propaganda being allowed in the US, when it and the Democrats in Congress passed HR 5736 in the 112th Congress (2011-2012) the Smith-Mundt Modernization Act of 2012. Which allowed media of all types (propaganda) which was disseminated outside of the USA for political purposes to be broadcast INSIDE the USA and used on and against the people of the USA.
I just looked up HR5736 as referred to several different proposed bills and recent congressional sessions, most notably that transitional white supremacist extreme Review act (116 th Congress, 2020) aimed at DHS threat assessments, and the federal accountability in interviews reform (FAIR) Act (118 th Congress, 2023–2024) , which requires federal law enforcement to record interviews.
